We take pride in every roast and want you to love your experience with Casa Volcán Coffee Co. If something isn’t right, please reach out — we’ll always do our best to make it right.

Coffee Orders

Because our coffee is a perishable product, we do not accept returns on coffee. However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or doesn’t meet your expectations, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll gladly work with you to find a solution — whether that means a replacement or a refund.

Merchandise Returns

Unused, non-perishable items (such as mugs or apparel) in their original condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery or purchase. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or was sent in error.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.
