Our current Salvadoran bean hails from the Miravalles family farm in Ahuachapan, El Salvador. Light to Medium Roast

Impressive roast intensity, thick body, with pulpy fruit accents and mild acidity. Hints of fig, blackberry wine, pomegranate dark chocolate, bittersweet torte, and smoked chocolate finish.

Our current Ethiopian bean comes from the Guji Zone. Medium to Dark Roast

Simple syrup sweetness accented by notes of canned pear, white grape, lemon verbena, and a twist of lime.
